My phone, the BlackBerry 9360 Curve (SR #: 1-6216920421) was booked in for repair end of last month. From three weeks ago I've always been told it's in the queue for exchange. Until when? Why does it take so long to get my phone back? This is unacceptable. I need my phone back.
