Neotel has absolutely ignored me for the past 4 months, they have a sagging trench in front of our business which will eventually be a massive hole in the ground preventing clients from entering the premises, they have not bothered to contact me and have missed several deadlines to effect the repairs. It is by far the worst service i have ever had and the work done was not even of our own doing. I need a response but i am getting absolutely nothing.
