I see so many complaintS about Blackberry. Do they ever respond?? Where can u complain and get some reaction? My husband and I both have the curve 9360. My husband have his 2nd one now after they couldn't repair the first one. Camera, speaker and scroller broke. Good service?? Maybe. Thanx to MTN. Only Problem is that the 2nd one (3 months old) is now broken too. The charging block doesn't work and if you actually get it charged then the batery only lasts for a couple of hours. If you use it max 30 min.
My 9360 is only 2 months old. It keeps on switching off. Sometimes it comes on when I remove AND reinsert the batery, other times I have to put it in charge to get it working again even if the batery is more than half full. Very unreliable!! Went out a couple of times and then having the phone die on me. Also had the neighbour almost breaking down our front door because phone died and hubby couldnt find me. Really dont need this kind of action in my life. Its all good and well to receive a new phone every 2-3 months but then that means going without it for 2 weeks just for all the problems to start all over again. REALLY BLACKBERRY???
