ILLEGAL sim swop on my sim card

I am utterly totally disgusted with Vodacom. I was defrauded out of R8000 on my mobile banking after an ILLEGAL sim swop was done on my vodacom number WITHOUT MY CONSENT, KNOWLEDGE or PERMISSION. So who takes the blame??? I always thought Vodacom a good network but how do a person perform a sim swap without my consent??? Taking it further!!!
