Illegal sim swop, and invasion of privacy

Three weeks now and ongoing, Vodacom and the perpetraitors have been doing sim swop's on my cellular number. After numerous requests not to do a sim swop and Vodacom "FLAGGING" it on their system as fraudelant activity the call centre continuesly does it regardless. On two occassions now my airtime has been by the and Vodacom still hasn't sorted out the matter nor reimbursed my airtime. How long before i get my number back, keeping me up at night because their working hours are early morning... 2, 3, 4 and 5 o clock in the mornings, or even 10, 11 and 12 o'clock midnight. Somehow getting into my personal life and also affecting my business!!! Even the investigating officer from Vodacom cannot get down to the bottom of it??? This is a serious matter and it seems that one of the biggest providers in the world CANNOT attend them. At present the phone seems to be working, for how long i do not know??? PLEASE HELP!
