Internet due to illigal sim swap

An illegal sim swap was done on my phone on 9 March 2013 and we lost R26 655 via internet banking. How easy is it to do a sim swop? Just present a fake COPY of an ID, WRONG names and wrong signature and without any proof of residence! That's how easy it is!!! Vodacom has done or is busy investigating since mid March and have not reported back to us. I even had to pay to get my old number back again. I have 5 accounts with Vodacom which costs us an average of R3000 per month. We have been loyal customers for about 15 years, and that is the way we are treated!
