I have reported before and have been fighting with Neotel for the past five months with massive overbilling of my account. They promised investigation, but no feedback whatsover even till today. I requested them a monthly limit on several occasions and termination of my account on 3 occasions. They kept overbilling me even thugh we weren't even using their modem anymore. Eventually they terminated my account, adding a double termination fee, the bill coming to over R900, for zero use! Never, ever, ever open an account with Neotel. You will be crying into your hands. This is my second complaint through hellopeter as Neotel have absolutely no people skills. They're just after your money.
