Switched from the ugly big T... company to Neotel about 15 months ago for landline connection and service was absolutely impressive.
Logged complaint 29 April 2013 that unable to login to my website account. Response promised for 24 hrs.
Escalated fault 10 May 2013. Again response promised for 24 hrs.
Still no response as of 3 June!!!
What can cause a company to go from top of the list to absolutely bottom of the list.
