I find myself once again having to complain about Vodacom but it seems that this is the only way to get through to them. I took out a contract with Vodacom which ended in May 2013. In about August/September this year i noted that the R185 for the contract was still being deducted from my account. When i called I was told that I had not informed them to cancel the contract so they just kept taking my money. I was then put through to the cancellations department and i informed them that I want to cancel my account. After checking my bank statement today I see that as of 25/11/2013 Vodacom IS STILL DEDUCTING MONEY from my account. PLEASE STOP THIS, I AM AT MY WITS END AND THE CALL CENTRE HAS BEEN USELESS IN RESOLVING THIS PROBLEM AS I AM JUST PUT ON HOLD UNTIL SOMEONE HANGS UP. Surely I have legal recourse when I have informed you numerous time that i am cancelling and yet you just keep taking money from. Please stop it now!!!
