New Game store, great opening specials, same poor service! Went into the new Game store at Bel Airs Mall today, purchased 2 x Canon EOS1100D Camera's, 2 x 16gb mem cards, 1 x Polaroid camera, great service from the electronic staff, very eager to assist. Went to the cellular counter to upgrade. Advertised contract special is not loaded on system. Staff member went numerous time to front of store/managers to try and rectify this, no resloution in sight, i waited over 45mins for this to happen and was told to leave as they didnt think that this would be resolved soon, They surely had clients for this offer yesterday and could not help them and shocking to think that 24hrs later its still not resolved. Send a dealsheet to Vodacom for them to create the deal on their side - SIMPLE! Really frustrated as i wanted to use my gift voucher from the cell contract to pay for one of the camera's, instead i had to fork out cash. Rather plan a store launch properly than annoy your new customers from day 1. Everfresh milk, mops broom advertised out of stock. Great specials - no stock.
