MTN CONTRACT UPGRADE SYSTEM PROBLEM DISASTER

My advise to any one, do not upgrade your MTN contract, as they have a problem with their system and and you will be billed incorreclty for "Clawback", which means that this is a penalty they charge you for upgrading prior to your contract having expired.
I went to northgate MNt branch on 7 Feb, to upgrade my contract, I was due ffor an upgrade in November of 2012 already. While the new forms were completed on the system, it already showed up that there would be a Clawback charge, which the assistant immediately picked up and phoned MTN direclty to querie this. I was assured that I am due for an upgrade and therefore would not be charged this amount. end of this story i thought.
Only to get a very nice surprize today, via sms to say that my account will be charged with the amount of R1140, 00 additional to my new contract fee. I immediately contacted MTN to try and sort this out, however it seems that I have to wait for the debit order to go off and only then afterwards can I contact them again to rectify this, however the consultant on the phone could just..."advise me'.
I ask, where is the client service, and why could they not correct this problem when it came up the first time
