Poor customer feedback

I have a 3G dongal on contract with Autopage via Vodacom. in the last 6 months i have had very high bills. i have complained that i need to know why and have had varying solutions.
I have phoned the call centre in JHB three times going from Clinet services to accounts to technical with no solution. i went to my branch in JBay Eastern Cape and have requested itemised billing to see why the last bill is now at about R2150. i got a call from Autopage notifying me in one day i had a 5 meg data transfer every minute. it is now on soft block.
i said that i send email mostly and should never use more than 2000 meg per month.
i am still waiting for a reply.
