I have upgraded my contract.
I had to have a new sim as I took out the Samsung S3, which has a smaller sim card.
I have tried continuously from 19th Febraury 2014 to call the Vodacom Customer Center to have my card activated.

I have been left holding for 15 = 35 minutes at a time with no one answering. I have made a total of 6 calls.
I have even held on to try and get to leave a call back.

i have a phone which I cannot make use of as I cannot activate the Sim. Could someone kindly contact me on 011 614-2004 during office hours or 0845202771 if after 17h30.

I would prefer an immediate call within the next 30 minutes on 0845202771, if possible.
Or some form of feedback or action.
