8ta's delayed response to my problem and bad attitude by call ce

I am very disappointed with 8ta. They took almost 2 weeks to resolve a simple query. My BIS wasn't automatically reactivated because I didn't have airtime and after loading airtime I tried reactivating it using both *180# and *180*3*1# but an error message kept popping up saying "supplementary service error: system failure". I then called customer care the whole week following up on my query but they kept giving me case numbers. The call center agents were even getting impatient with me, especially this other guy called Sheldon. Explaining my situation to him was just a waste of time. I'm sick of 8ta and I'm planing to leave and discourage my family from using it. Why would a query take almost 2 weeks to resolve??? With Vodacom one is transferred straight to the technical department and the query is solved on the phone. What's different with 8ta which is owned by Telkom??? I didn't have access to my emails and other important applications. I'm really angry and dissappointed.
