Shocking Service

History of unresolved query that began 4 weeks ago:
7 personal visits to Cell C service centre - The Glen - Chris (sorted)
2 personal visits to Cell C service centre- Alberton - Angie (Vodacom tower)
2 complaint emails sent

dialled (140) call centre

Spoke to Lerato customer service manager - twice - x2 no call backs, 2 Internal emails sent asking for Lerato to call back with no response
Received 2 Network emails but no calls???
Received x2 calls from Lance, promised query was resolved 1st call its wasn't - 2nd call migration was completed but query still open with four other queries outstanding.

5 x 140 calls after this...

3 other agents called to offer insurance and new line which was an insult as you would rather offer new products but no resolution of queries.

Visited Cell C Head Office today spoke to Angela explained complete query, promised to call back did not happen.

Total amount of times of myself trying to resolve query 28 times???

I have had poor coverage, poor service and simple NO CARE attitude towards client???
