You responded that my account was charged pro rata from the date I signed the new contract in December 2012, yet my up grade only became available the next month, January 1st 2013. So you have charged me for a service that I did not receive in December.. Have the decency to call me as requested and promised by you when you left a message on my phone that you would call me again in 1 hour. If this is not rectified I will go to the papers and the Consumer Protection council.
