Shocking attitude!!!

I actually cannot believe what i just experienced, at MTN revionia and a call to head office.
maybe i need to make it a little easier to understand!!!

I am not going to pay R1500 on my account because stupid staff cannot put a 1Gig bundle on my account.

I want the data billed at the in bundle rate because that is what is supposed to be!!! Had your stupid spasticated staff actually followed through on my request.
