I took out a contract on December 13 from Nashua Mobile.
I charged the phone for the 1st time over night (charged for 6hrs), I woke up and there WAS A SINGLE CRACK IN THE SCREEN. I then took the phone to Nashua mobile to be repaired, they send it away and i receive a call for the 1st 2 WEEKS LATER.
I get billed R5000 to fix a single crack, i then get a email showing the phone with multiple scratches and a shattered back screen (the phone was checked and signed off by NASHUA MOBILE - PARK MEADOWS THAT IT HAD A SINGLE CRACK).
I told them to send my phone to Cape Town if it is repaired before the 12th and i get a call on 23 January that my phone is waiting to be collected at the Cape Town Branch... REALLY???
I have now sent numerous emails and made numerous phone calls but no-one seems to be interested in my problem, I have never missed a payment.
IT IS NOW ONE MONTH AND 10 DAYS THAT I AM SITTING WITHOUT MY PHONE, MY DEBIT CAME OFF TODAY AND I HAVE ONLY HAD THE PHONE FOR 1 DAY.
I AM REALLY UPSET ABOUT THIS AND I HOPE SOMEONE GETS OFF THEIR CHAIR TO FIX THIS BEFORE I TAKE THIS MATTER EVEN FURTHER BECAUSE THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND PATHETIC.
