VODACOM IGNORES ME FLAT OUT!!!

I have been a Vodacom subscriber for the last 21 years.
Always paid my bills untill now.
I bought an Apple iPad from the iStore in Centurion.
The friendly girl assisted me to fill in my contract with Vodacom since I am blind and could not do it myself.
She could not finalize the contract because Vodacom's system was offline as they seem to be so very often.
I had to go back the next day and almost repeat my story with another sales person. This time a friendley guy. I bought the iPad and asked for the smallest data bundle (1GB) since I have my lekker 8TA 3G for just R199 - 10GB. So why do I need more expencive data from Vodacom???
I made sure and asked the sales person 3 times are you sure my account is limited to only 1 GB? Yes, he said and I signed and signed and signed paper after form after form after form.
took the iPad home and started using it with the thought that when my 1GB is used up I'll just continue using my 8TA 3G on my wi-fi LAN.
I managed to go out of bundle! R2 / MB! I stopped paying my account and now VC deleted all my numbers off their network. Bye bye Vodacom! Black list me if you want. I'm sure MTN or 8TA needs my R1500 p/m more than you!!!
