I went into the Vodacom shop in Sandton on the 12/09/2013 to get a micro sim for my ipad and while I was there I asked the sales agent to reduce my data bundle on my contract and reduce my sms bundle.
It has been brought to my attention by receiving my invoice that my bundles were deleted.
Luckily I checked my balance on the 7th and saw I had no data left and no sms's which initially drew my attention to the issue.
So thanks to shocking service at this store I am now being invoice for a week of data that I should not be, along with SMS's that should have been part of a bundle.
These two combined being a little over R200.
I would like to know how Vodacom intends to respond to this.
