Poor customer services what a disgrace

So my phone got last week I phone cell c customer care to have my phone blacklisted they can't help me and refers me to a cell c store. I go to the cell c store in blue route tokai where the agent helps me and tells that theme blacklisting process will take them 48hours which is ridiculous because the matter must be reported to the police within 48hours otherwise it's to late however I left it there and waited till today after 72hours I phone cell c and ask for my itc number as I must still report this matter at the police station and I can't do it without that number the agent then tells me my request has never been processed it will take another 48hours before i can get the itc number, so much for the power being in our hands, this is the poorest service I've ever received from cell c I had enough this process can't take this long it's ridiculous bye bye cell c hello mtn because at the end of the day I loose all my money I paid on insurance fees because of this stupid service provide
