On my name

I was having a contract with cell 2 to 3 years back, after my contract expired one of the bought a cell phone from cell c using my details. I open a case with sap whereby i still having a case number. These guy have used my id to buy many this phone at vodcom and groceries at woolworths.but those shops have cleared my name, because they seen that it was only cell didnt cleared my name. Please i need someone to help me on these matter. Ihave fax everything to cell, but it seems they do not want to help me. The case number and the afidavit from the police it is still in my possesion.
