Pathetic Attitude and Very Very Rude

So i received a call from Yvonne asking me when i will be making a payment on my 2 months overdue account. A little confused, i confirmed with her that i have a debit order in place and that no debit orders had gone unpaid in my account at all. I explained to her that my installment was only R224pm and that i had always had available funds in my account. I also confirmed that i had never received any notification from my bank or Autopage about any unpaid debits. The cell number she quoted for the account was not mine.

Yvonne was very rude and has no customer service skills whatsoever. She was extremely impatient in letting me explain my confusion in the cell numbers being different and my number being active as apposed to her saying my line had been suspended for a month already.

It is totally unacceptable behavior and really poor treatment to a loyal customer of 6 years. Needless to say, my bank has confirmed my payment for December and January had gone through. Thankfully my contract is currently up for renewal and i will, without a doubt be moving to a different service provider.
