I am still waiting for feedback in issue number 0050101 with MTN COVERAGE. Its been over a month since my last issue, I logged another issue for terrible speeds. Again technician was supposed to check the issues in the area (apparently a lot of issues) almost 3 weeks later nothing. charles van reenen is still supposed to call me, i am still waiting
All that mtn said on my previous message if that i slow speeds are due to many users being logged in. Should that be the excuse for not being able to even use the internet in the evening.
All that i want to do is cancel this horrible service. Everything they do is 3rd rate, you cant even get a tax invoice online, you get a basic invoice so if you need to claim back from your company, you simply cannot
i challenge MTN to be the better connection and prove it by calling me and assisting me.
