Towards the end of last year, I reported a fault with my HSDPA connection, basically I was getting HSDPA but my transfer speeds were incredibly low, almost non existent, I logged this fault a few times, spent hours on the phone which cost me money and after about 3 weeks finally the issue seemed to be resolved.
Now only a month later, I am back in the same situation, my connection speeds have dropped and my ping is in excess of 1000ms, mostly my internet connection is unusable.
Trying to call Cellc call centre, I am put on hold because they are always experiencing "high call volumes" so you end up sitting and waiting forever for them just to pick up.
This is ridiculous as I am paying for 2 3G contracts and am not getting a service at all.
