I have my Blackberry since May 2012. Since November 2012 I've been in and out of the two branches at the Glen because this phone freezes up for days. I even paid for a software update in December 2012. I called Cell C's head office, call centre etc. and was told now I have to bring the phone in for repairs and it will take approximately 3 weeks (21 working days). I deleted apps etc. and have not been able to open the applications etc for two days now. I asked about a loan unit as was told they do not have any phones to lend out. It is actually nbad service as I am of the opinion that if these phone are checked properly before entering the market this should not happen! What now? Where? Does anybody at Cell-C care about customer service?
