This is the second time i am complaining about this the first time i got nothing back and i am honestly getting sick and tiered of this.
I have had endless trouble with the signal. This is only my phone, i have colleges that have a cell c phone and have signal the whole day and no trouble so then WHY me, there must be something wrong with my phone then, i am missing the Mobile network option Automatic i have checked all other blackberry phones they all have it. I have taken it into the Cell C at the Glen and get some answer which is totally unacceptable.
No one can get hold of me while i am at work which is so aggravating, what happens if its an emergency what then.
So i would like this to be resolved and sorted out, other wise i will be cancelling with cell c and will go to another service provider.
If i get no luck then i will be going to the consumer act cause i have now had enough...
