Sent samsung s3 in for charging problem 4 times

I bought new Samsung s3 new within the first month it did not want to charge, I sent it in and it came back repaired, within a week same problem, then took it back again, same problem 2 more times, every time comes back with the same problem, firstly it was sent back through the shop I bought it from then I took it to the service centre in garsfontein in Jacqueline drive, for the following three times, I have tried to get hold of somebody at Samsung head office no joy, after the second time I went and bought a Samsung pocket to use when the S3 is in, that phone only worked for the first three weeks, as I use this as a business tool I am back on a small nokia and my laptop, service at Samsung and all there repair centres are horrible, I have personally told 50 people not to buy Samsung, and I will tell another 1000 and anybody that will listen, I have a I PHONE now what a pleasure, not as nice as a S3 but much better service and friendly staff.
