I will just like to express my concern with Vodacom Service provider. I have been a customer for the past 3 years of Vodacom which one of my accounts went to Legal. I have paid up both the accounts in full this month. Over the past 3 years my bill was on avereage about R2500 a month. Some months it would be around R4500. I had a problem last year October which i could not pay them so i have defaulted which i understand. But i have called into the call center to find out if i can qualify for a contract and i was declined and was told to apply after 3 months which is shocking. I just feel they should have looked into my history before declining me. My ITC has been updated. I have spent alot of money on calls and you could say i should have been given preference.
