Hi there, I am writing this complaint out of a great deal of disappointment. On the 09th February 2013 (two weeks ago). I upgraded my contract and purchased a Nokia Lumia 820 Smart Phone, the one that is been advertised all over for R269.00pm. It is a brilliant accessory to have due to its innovative features and outlook. The saddest and disappointing version, i have just discovered that the camera is faulty (dysfunctional). It only functioned for "02 days only" after been purchased. Initially, i thought this fault could be triggered by advanced settings, given the complexity and innovation of the fone itself.
However, this proved not to be the case because i took it to a Vodacom Outlet thinking i will get the necessary assistance. My efforts proved pointless, because a Sales Lady confirmed that the camera was indeed faulty and it has to be taken in for repairs.
My argument and failure to understand the whole process is, Why must a brand-new device be taken for any repairs, hence i have not even paid my first installment?..i find it totally UN-acceptable. Can someone please assist me by finding an imaginable, prompt and courteous manner to handle this entire tragedy??
Rgds
