Hi there
This is a global awareness campaign that Vodacom is the worst service provider ever that terribly prides itself with the motto "South Africa's leading Cellular Network". About a month ago i upgraded my contract and purchased a Lumia 820 that has a dysfunctional camera. I reported this incident a week after i got this handset (that was prior to been charged my first installment). Soon afterwards, i was told by their "Customer Care Agent" they will revert soon after they contacted a Store Manager where this handset was purchased. And, a week later no one had contacted me with any feedback. I complained again on HelloPeter, and the following day i received a txt message from this company informing me my case-study is under investigations...
Today, 12 March 2013 - I received an email from this mediocre company telling me I should send them my proof of purchase for the phone in so it could be taken for repairs. Nou here is my concern, why does a brand new device need to be taken for repairs?? 2. On my profile that appears on your system, cant you note this handset is a contract and i dont have any proof of purchase???
"You deserve a pat on back for your mediocrity"
Regards
