I have been consistently experiencing an error on Telkom's online internet Usage tracking tool, since 3 February. I followed the instructions to report the error, namely reporting it to [Email Removed] with details of the error. I have continued to experience the issue throughout February, and re-emailed the same address on 6, 11 and 14 February. However, I have had zero response from Telkom and am still experiencing the error.
