Poor service and after service

I am still awaiting for the answer as to why, when a laptop is faulty and you bought it in Johannesburg i have to drive to Pretoria to book it in, the people at MTN just pull up their shoulders and say its a new rule, what kind of image does MTN represents, is it to chase away all customers to moved to another provider that will give you better service and where you can actually take a faulty product and they will fix it in johannesburg and not make it your problem to drive to Pretoria a place you are not familiar with to take the computer in and then when it is fix to drive again to collect it, i will now fix the computer self i have it just over 7 months and from the day i took the contract out on the laptop it gave problems, when i say i will fix it myself then when i told the people at stone ridge but remember you will loose your 2 year warrantee so i can just laugh at them what warrantee do i have there is no service from MTN.

I will be not renewing my contract with MTN with this kind of attitude and service who want to be part of a network that is just failing and getting worse every day.

I will move to a provider that can give me better service now and after service.
