A VERY DISSAPOINTED AND ANGRY CUSTOMER

I sent in my laptop to be fixed it had a broken screen due to factory fault, i spoke to a lady in pier 14 she said she doesnt think the laptop will be fixed, of which i know my customer rights i went through their contract and called around till i got assistance that it can be fixed because its insured i had to go around doing their work for them cause they didnt want to assist me in the first place. I sent in the laptop in beginning of february every month i would call and ask the store whats going on cause they dont do their follow ups they dont care about customer service they are really rude. After all that trouble i just got my laptop now in August only to recieve it cracked on the frame, it wasnt closing properly and the battery just wouldnt get full, when i gave the laptop in for repairs i never experinced this problem, now they telling me they cant help me because of the battery not being under warranty, who's faault is it? beacuse they are the ones who kept it for months, not telling me whats going on, they had the repair claim number in May but i only recieved it now in August. now i am stuck with a laptop that doesnt work and paying alot of money for it
