Unknown Number, calls dropping randomly

I waited 25 minutes on a line and got some that didn't understand that my dad can't come in to change something on the contract seeing as he is overseas and won't be coming back for months. There was a modification on the contract that didn't go through him so vodacom seemed to change that themselves.

I got an iPhone 4S in September 2012, and I was very satisfied. My satisfaction lasted a week when the numbers started showing as unknown number for each call i got. After a few weeks it went back to normal and i could see who was calling me again... Two months after my numbers started showing as unknown again and today I contacted the customer care service to hear what was wrong. Apparently YOU HAVE TO PAY TO SEE NUMBERS. Which is ok, seeing as its R9, 50 a month, but still, why pay to see numbers? Shouldnt that be included in my contract? And it was at first, till it just changed miraculously with no consent from the owner of the account. And apparently they cant change it back without his consent, which i get, but WHY CHANGE IT FROM WHAT IT WAS IN THE FIRST PLACE BY YOURSELVES??

And the calls dropping all the time... Its getting unbearable. Why do we pay so much for nothing?
