Wrong cell numbers entered on my contract

Good Day

a couple weeks ago I went from prepaid to top up contract, for myself and my wife under my name. the person who did this for us, mixed up my wifes cell number, and now im paying for someone else to recieve 99rand a month. both my calls was closed, that I logged with VOdacom, and nothing was resolved. Every time i must hear we are waiting for backoffice to assist and they will phone me back, when they do phone, they say its not a backoffice problem, the person that issues the contract must change it. Now, I work in IT, and know how quick it is to do a number change? 5min max!! not FIVE DAYS!!! once again i phoned this morning. my ref was closed, and again i got... Backoffice will phone u. Can backoffice pls change the number to the correct one, refund my wife the airtime that i paid for already, and keep everyone happy.

the person who got the 99rand twice now, wrongfully, can either get sued for the money, or the person that typed in the cell numbers wrong, must pay it in, its really not my problem
