Did not do what they said

I was told during November that the bank will amend the website to show telkom numbers, as only 086 numbers are shown. Now they change it to only 087 numbers I AND MANY MORE CANNOT USE THESE NUMBERS. WE NEED NORMAL LAND LINE NUMBERS. DO WHAT YOU SAID YOU WOULD.
I received a letter from they bank today (Saturday 18 January) regarding my account I have to phone them before 21 January to make changes???
WITH ONLY A 087 number to contact.!!!
WHERE IS THE NORMAL TELKOM NUMBERS???
YOU DO NOT GIVE US THE CHOICE
