Poor service-SA used to it but this takes the cake

A tax and service paying company with NO e-mail for a week? Telkom can garantee you this without blinking an eye. Also don't try to call the call/service centre-unless you are prepared to hold the line for up to 90 minutes and being transfered from department to department. To be accurate three refference numbers and 17 contact persons including "SUPERVISORS" WITH NO LUCK. When will our goverment allow another service proivider as TELKOM know no competition. Surely the competition commision shuold look into this as Telkom is regulating prices as a result of this? If some one from Telkom read this on Hello Peter's site our reference numbers are as follow: 551676366, 38AWK200213, 551749679
