27/12/2011 my service was disconnected. I phoned Cell C and was informed that I had not paid the full account. I pointed out to the lady that there had been a credit for months on my account for the exact amount that I had underpaid. She then checked with her supervisor and after a short wait she came back on the line and informed me that the service would be re-instated immediately and that the person responsible for the mistake would personally phone me to apologise! I was impressed. I was on holiday so the fact that I did not receive the call to apologise did not upset me. On the 10th of January my service was disconnected again without warning and I phoned Cell C again. When I was told that I had underpaid my account I was extremely upset- and informed an unhelpful agent that we had gone through this same exercise on the 27 Dec and how was it possible that Cell C could not use the credit which would then zero my account (the amount involved was R109.09). She then told me she would check and that I would be put on hold. I waited until the call had reached 28minutes 33sec and then terminated the call from my side. 2 e-mails later I have still heard nothing and have no service
