What happened to my Internet speed?

I have noticed a very big difference in internet speed over the last three weeks.
I have been battling to get my internet to work as well or fast as it did, it seems that since about three weeks ago the speeds have dropped terribly on the 3g network.
What is the cause of this because the current internet speed is unbairable???
