Vodacom

I received an invoice from them in Oct 2012 for R533 and I made the payment on 10/11/2012. On the 08/12/2012 I received a call from them confirming if I wanted to activate my number again. The lady was very friendly and all and she said was thenumber be re-activated at anytime. I vividly remember asking her if I needed to make any further payments and she said NO everything is in order. Next thing I know I receive an sms for Burnaard & Raaff (debt collectors) demanding payment. I have never been so shocked in my life. Then I called thier legal department and they said I should send an e-mail requesting that call, of which I did on 13/02/2013. I received a response to say that it has been received and should be resolved within 3 working days. Today is day 4, I called them and they said they have a back-log but will come back to me. I don't know what else I can do because I feel I have been treated unfairly as a consumer. Surely
there is a regulatory body that can help me resolve this.
