I upgraded my data contract at MTN Canal Walk on 15/02/2013.
When I checked my data bundle balance this weekend I noticed that I only had less than 300MB available. Before the upgrade there was more than 2GB available. On Monday 18/02/2013 I called the MTN call centre and was informed that I lost my data bundle when I upgraded.
Why was I not informed of this the day I upgraded? I lodge a complaint with MTN (REQ: 1776402) but till now no response. I paid for the data bundle and by cancelling it MTN is from me.
