On 30 January 2013 we have requested for a business contract to be transfered from one business account to another. All the necessary paperwork has been completed and emailed to the email address whihc we are given by MTN. I will re-iterate once again, that this cellular network service it the worst ever. I though Cell C is bad but flip, MTN takes the cake! On their website you are advised to call 083 1808 for any queries or customer service. I urge anyone reading this report to please dial that number - you will during 2 out of 3 attempts be told "this number does not exist"! I feel this company very very sorry! In any event, I am hoping that SOMEONE will contact me and give me the progress on the transfer of ownership on account number A0004931 for 3G contract number 071 851 1199. PLEASE PLEASE have the courtesy of contacting me since you don't have the courtesy of responding to my emails and the fact that we can never get through to anyone at MTN to discuss this matter further. I await your response.
