I've applied for a new Cell C Business line from Game Centurion. The contract approval took about 10 days to be completed. Now I have received the first statement for the new line and the name of the account is incorrect.
I had supplied the company details and requested the new line on a company letterhead, so they do have the correct details of the company.
I've been in touch with the call centre - they have asked me to call the business call centre on 084 194 4000.
I call that number and it takes my through to the same call centre who ask me to call the same number!!
I already have an existing Cell C account in the name of the company, so all they have to do is put the
new contract on the existing account - can that really be so difficult?
My thinking is that Cell C should look after all their clients, but especially their business clients. And I can't
even get through to them to explain the issue.
Please can someone from Cell C Business please call me to resolve your mistake!!
