Missing payment

On Saturday 30 March 2013 at 10.07.59 i made the payment of R100 towards my account, i paid with my bank card and immediately after it went through computers went off as the lady who was assisting me could not print the slip for me. I waited for it for a long time as Neoleen said she's printing it at the back. she then said I can leave as the payment is showing on the system. on the 5th I got sms that I must pay my account, I called customers services explained my situation and they told me there's no payment showing. I went back to Bellville store with the proof from my bank statement and Neoleen called the customer service and she promised to fax the proof to them as she also had the proof from her records as well. till today the payment is not not reflecting. I called her again today she said they updated the payment whereas the balance is still the same as the previous payment from Feb. now I'm confused how come my payment is missing whereas I have the proof and the store as well. I'm worried this will affect my credit records whereas the fault is no mine.
