Messed up account and NO PICTURE FIR TWO DAYS

I lost picture on saturday due to powerfailure. When oower returned my picture not. Then called in to be told my services is suspended due to non payment which was not true. Funny as no one had no clarity as to exactly how much to pay but paid the full month's premuim and thats when my woes started. We were not reconnected immediately as promised. On Sunday again we tried againand this costed me over 70 minutes on the cellphone which is an additional cost for me. Its Monday agin and we have not had the picture for the whole day and NOW THE LINES ARE OT GOING THROUGH!!!

What does a loyal and paying customer do in this case? This is!
