Disconnected services but never skipped payment

For the past 5 months dstv has been disconnecting my decoder even after I paid... I will then have to call and have them reconnect me... this has been a nightmare... then last month June I asked the lady that reconnected me what the problem was she said transfers normally take time... she appologized for the inconvenience... she wrnt on to tell me that I should only pay R225 for the coming month it will take me till August... July comes I pay 240 they still disconnect me on Friday... I was away the Saturday so I called the Sunday spoke to Lionel he thentold me I have been paying in arrears instead of aadvance spent over 20mins with him on the phone I did not get why they say I owe them when I have never missed a payment... dstv disconnects their services ehen one doesn't pay they only reconnect after payment has been made... in all my years with these guys I have paid my monthly bill sometimes I would forget then pay with a reconnection fee then they reconnect... how is it possible that I missed payment and whenever they reconnected me they never told me that only got a statement yesterday I dont have a clue what it means... my airtime after calling also!
