My Husband and I both have Blackberries 9360, In the Pretoria West Area for the last week and half we have been battling with BIS - our phones keep going to GSM and then we have to take the batttery out - we have called 1555 on numerous occassions to reset our signal and routers, this is unacceptable. We are paying for a service that we are not receiving. not to mention the inconvenience. How can MTN sort this out once and for all.
