Billing ripoff

I am part of a team that has developed a particular monitoring device that sends a small amount of data through to our servers every 5 minutes. The total amount for a month is so small that the smallest data bundle the networks offer is sufficient. We approached Autpoge and were supplied a number of MTN SIMs to start deploying. However when we checked our debit order amount (no detailed bill ever provided) we were being charged about 20 times this basic amount. When we queried we were told that actually MTN has a minimum charge per upload policy. We were then told by a Maleek Nair that Vodacom however have no such minimum charge policy. So we started converting the units in the field (JHB, KZN, Cape Town) to Vodacom SIMs.

When we checked our debit order (still no detailed bill) the amount had doubled. And when we queried Maleek Nair had left, I was passed on to Renier instead. Reneir has not replied to a sinlge email I have sent him, and only replied to one phone call and that was to tell me they can't track us by SIM number, please can I give him a telephone number from our bill. Only we don't get a bill.

We are sitting with a bunch of SIMs and an account no-one can justify.
