I had an account with MTN over 5 years ago that has been in arrears but fully paid up and closed all those years ago. I applied for a new account and was told by the sales consultant that the application was declined based on my status at the legal department. I cannot understand how after all these years they could not update their records, so now as a future client I am told that they cannot accept me because their records are not updated at the legal department. I feel that this is unfair treatment for someone who can not get a new contract based on records not updated years ago
